The clients main concern for building G22 was to make a contemporary working environment for at least 325 employees. Starting point of the design was creating a simple and sound structure where all kinds of working places could be achieved. Single and double rooms, teamrooms, conference spaces and also the multiple use of the corridors. Mix to the Max.

An additional factor was to create an attractive working environment from the inside with a highly functional look from the outside.

Due to a very tight building envelope the design main goal was to make as much suitable working spaces within a compact volume. Alignments with other buildings limited the site for the future building. Also a beautiful ensemble of big trees on the north side had an impact on the final building mass.

to give daylight to all the individual working spaces two large open spaces are made central in the building.

By using vides and glass partitions inside the building a feel of transparancy arises.

The facade shows a strong unity between all the different components. Structural elements, sun shades, windowframing all are integrated into a whole and works as a sophistocated filigrane membrane.
